Rose City Foundation is a free referral service. We connect homeowners with independent foundation repair specialists. We don't perform inspections, repairs or engineering, and we aren't a party to any agreement between you and a specialist. Specialists are independent businesses, solely responsible for their work, pricing, insurance, permits and warranties. We may receive a referral fee from them.
Information on this site
Cost ranges, soil notes and repair descriptions are general information drawn from public sources and dated where shown. They aren't quotes, inspections, engineering advice or guarantees of any result. Every house is different. Get an on-site evaluation, and an engineer's opinion where appropriate, before making decisions.

Give accurate information in your request, and only submit a phone number you're authorized to use. Check any specialist's insurance, references and written terms before you hire them.
